Controller
The platform operator is Exagon Technology / Legalyx Ltd. Lawyers you engage may act as independent controllers for their professional activity.
Data we process
Account details (name, email, phone), appointment and payment records, messaging content, support tickets and Co-Pilot session summaries may be processed to deliver the service.
KVKK, EU GDPR and UK GDPR
Processing may rely on contract performance, legitimate interests and consent. EU and UK users have GDPR / UK GDPR rights (access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection); Turkish users retain KVKK rights.
Artificial intelligence and the EU AI Act
Exagon Co-Pilot is an AI assistant for triage and preliminary guidance — not legal advice or a substitute for a licensed lawyer. Use is disclosed transparently; we aim to meet applicable EU AI Act information duties.
Retention and security
Data is transmitted over TLS and accessed with role and ownership checks. Retention is limited to legal duties and service need.
