Nature of the service
AvukatLazım provides booking, messaging, payments and AI-assisted triage. Legal advice and representation are provided by the licensed lawyer you engage.
AI limitations
Co-Pilot and similar AI features do not provide binding legal advice. In emergencies use local emergency numbers; for complex matters consult a lawyer.
Payments and refunds
Paid services appear in your billing history. Refund requests enter a review queue; automatic refunds are not guaranteed.
Account and security
You are responsible for keeping credentials confidential. Report unauthorised use promptly. We may restrict access in case of abuse.
Changes
Terms may be updated. Material changes are published on the site; continued use means acceptance of the current terms.
